City duplex with a lot to offer! Convenient location, great tenants, updated apartments!
The owners of this duplex recently renovated both apartments, both are in great shape! Common entry area leads to access to both apartments. Downstairs is a 2 bedroom one bathroom unit with a designated living room, dining room, and sun room area. The upstairs is a one bedroom one bathroom. The owner currently pays the electricity for the upstairs unit and pays the water/sewer of both apartments.
New kitchens, and bathrooms in both units, and coffered ceilings add charm! Large backyard, a full driveway (great for off street parking). Both units have their own hot water tank and electric panel.
